LabLifeHub is the professional website of Dr. Nevena Jeremić for science communication, LabLifePodcast, LabLifeAcademy mentoring, workshops, booking requests, podcast guest applications, notification subscriptions, contact messages and approved reviews.

Information we collect

When you use forms on this website, we may collect the information you choose to submit, including your name, email address, phone number, professional role or institution, selected service, preferred language, preferred date, message content, podcast guest application details, professional biography, optional publications and professional links.

How we use this information

We use submitted information to respond to messages, process booking requests, coordinate LabLifeAcademy sessions or workshops, review podcast guest applications, send requested podcast update notifications, review testimonial submissions and provide requested communication related to LabLifeHub services.

Google Calendar data

LabLifeHub uses Google Calendar access only for the booking workflow. When an administrator accepts a booking request, the website may create a calendar event in the connected LabLifeHub Google Calendar account and may include the requester as an attendee. The calendar event can contain booking details such as the selected service, requester name, email address, phone number, date, time and optional notes needed to coordinate the session.

LabLifeHub does not read unrelated Google Calendar events for marketing, advertising or profiling. Google Calendar access is used only to create and manage LabLifeHub booking events initiated through the website workflow.

LabLifeHub's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How information is shared

Form submissions, podcast guest applications, notification subscriptions and booking notifications are sent to LabLifeHub's designated email inbox. Booking confirmations may be sent to the requester and copied to LabLifeHub. We do not sell personal data. We do not publish reviews automatically; submitted reviews require manual approval before any name, professional role or approved review text may appear publicly.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Resend for transactional email delivery. Google Calendar is used only when the administrator connects the LabLifeHub Google account for accepted booking events.

Retention and deletion

Emails, booking requests and calendar events may be retained as needed to respond, coordinate services, maintain records and operate LabLifeHub. You may request correction or deletion of your submitted personal information by contacting us.

Security

Access tokens and API keys are stored as server-side environment variables and are not exposed in the browser. Administrative functionality is protected by login and is not publicly listed in the website navigation.
